• Monthly winners will be eligible for a grand prize of up to $5,000 credit towards their purchase, meaning the prize may cover the total cost of the project, not to exceed $5,000.

Additionally, a weekly draw where one (1) winner will receive $500 off their purchase. Totaling eight (8) winners for the duration of the promotion.

Eligibility: This promotion is open to those who reside in Ontario.

Fall Savings Period: Entries for the Fall Savings Promotion will be accepted starting on November 1st, 2024. All entries must be received by December 20th, 2024.

How to Enter: Your sales representative will automatically qualify your entry upon signing a job order form based on your final project cost. All designers and dealers are required to honor their specific payment terms. Full payment upfront is required for all gallery sales. The entry must fulfill the promotion requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not completed or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified. Unlimited entries are based on every $1000 spent on one of the seventeen (17) qualified designs. While quantities last.

Prizes: Two (2) grand prize winners will receive up to $5,000 credit to be used towards their purchase (before tax). One (1) weekly winner will get $500 off their purchase. Eight (8) winners for the duration of the promotion. No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted. Winners are not permitted to substitute their prize or request the cash equivalent. Acceptance of the prize permits Quartz Co to use the winner’s name and entry for advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

Odd: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Winner selection and notification: Quartz Co will select the winners of the promotion in a random draw. Quartz Co will notify the winners via email or phone number provided. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 30 days from the time of award, a notification will be sent, or fails to timely return a completed declaration, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected. * Once selected as the weekly winner of the $500 off prize, the winner will be removed from the draw. If they wish to continue for a chance to win the $5,000 grand prize, they must decline the $500 prize winner and remain eligible for the grand prize.
